We are looking for a Counter Sales & Hydraulic Hose Technician who enjoys working hands-on in the workshop while delivering outstanding customer service at the counter.
The Opportunity
This is a varied, practical role combining hydraulic hose assembly, counter sales, and customer support. You'll be the go-to person for customers walking into the service centre — helping diagnose requirements, assembling hoses, processing orders and ensuring jobs are done right the first time.
You'll be supported by an experienced team and trained on the systems, products and safety standards.
What You'll Be Doing
* Serving customers at the counter with professionalism and product knowledge
* Assembling hydraulic and industrial hoses
* Processing orders, quotes and paperwork accurately
* Sourcing urgent or non-stock items when required
* Maintaining stock levels, displays and workshop presentation
* Following up quotes and supporting repeat business

* Experience in a mechanical, hydraulic or industrial environment
* Confidence working with hydraulic hose assemblies
