This appointment represents a pivotal moment as the organisation evolves its structure, capability and leadership to support long-term scale and sustainability. Reporting to the Board, the Chief Executive Officer will lead the strategic direction and operational performance of the business.
The successful candidate will bring demonstrated experience leading or scaling engineering or manufacturing businesses of comparable or greater size. With a growing workforce, the CEO will continue to build a high-performing culture aligned to the expectations of Century's current and future markets.
You will be a decisive yet consultative leader, capable of balancing commercial outcomes with people leadership and comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels. Experience with project delivery obligations and risk management found in Defence, Mining or similarly regulated industries will be highly regarded.
