We are currently seeking an experienced Procurement Lead to take ownership of our indirect procurement function.
This is a pivotal role where you'll shape strategy and deliver commercial value across the organisation.
About the role:
As a Procurement Lead, you will:
* Develop and implement the indirect procurement strategy to ensure cost efficiency, compliance, and alignment with business objectives.
* Manage the end-to-end indirect procurement process, including requisition handling, sourcing, negotiation, purchasing, and delivery of goods and services.
* Lead sourcing initiatives and prepare sourcing project mandates for presentation and approval by the Sourcing Committee.
* Coordinate and manage RFx processes to identify, evaluate, and select preferred suppliers.
* Monitor supplier performance and compliance with contractual obligations, service levels, and quality standards.
What you'll Bring:
* Bachelor degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business or other relevant field.
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in sourcing, procurement or purchasing or related field.
* Demonstrated experience managing strategic suppliers in support of projects, including identifying appropriate commercial requirements.
Mandatory Requirements:
* Must be able to access information controlled under the US International Traffic of Arms Regulations (ITAR).
* Must be able to obtain and maintain an Australian security clearance.
