Warehouse & Distribution Coordinator Role
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Maintain a safe work environment and ensure personnel are trained/competent.
* Coordinate with our Planning Department to mobilise equipment to site, ensuring timely delivery and efficient logistics.
* Provide transport for FIFO employees, adhering to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
* Manage work orders effectively, including raising and closing tasks as required.
* Respond promptly to internal and external inquiries via telephone and email.
* Maintain up-to-date records of equipment maintenance, ensuring optimal performance and prolonging lifespan.
* Conduct regular stocktakes of consumables, monitoring usage and ordering supplies as necessary.
* Streamline incoming and outgoing deliveries, optimising warehouse operations and reducing costs.
