Step Into Your Next Chapter:
As the Youth Worker you will liaise between students, school personnel, and the home parents/guardians of any students who encounter educational, social, emotional or behaviour problems.
The Youth Worker reports to the Deputy Principal.
Responsibilities include:
* Support students to reflect and repair through restorative discussions and processes.
* Build positive relationships that promote resilience, responsibility, and re-engagement in learning.Collaborate with Deputy Principals, Guidance Officers, and teachers to provide targeted reengagement support.
* Contribute to a proactive, inclusive school culture where every student feels seen, valued, and supported.
