* **Work-life balance** – Enjoy flexible hours that work around your life, we promote a culture that values personal time and well-being**Your Role as Care Worker Cleaner**You'll deliver person-centred services to Community Care clients in their own homes, providing quality cleaning and related support in line with individual care plans.
You'll empower clients to live more independently, safely, and meaningfully within their own environment by:* Providing high-quality cleaning and related household services to clients in their homes in accordance with their individual care plans.
* Complete scheduled tasks efficiently and to a high standard within allocated timeframes, while adapting to each client's individual needs and preferences.
* Build positive, respectful relationships with clients through professional communication and a caring, person-centred approach that promotes trust and independence.
**What We're Looking For****Location – Caboolture, North Brisbane and Surrounds*** **Current Australian Driver's Licence** and willingness to drive in the course of work.
* Ability to provide quality cleaning services using a variety of cleaning equipment and approved chemicals* Ability to work within a team with minimal supervision to meet customer service requirements**A Valuable Addition, Yet Not a Must-Have
*** Currently studying Certificate iii Individual Support (Ageing) or willing to progress into this.
* Opportunity for eligible candidates to progress through to a paid traineeship to complete a Certificate III in Individual Support and become a fully qualified Care Worker.
* Previous experience across the aged care or disability sectors as a Domestic Assistant**Essential Requirements*** Proof of COVID-19 vaccination status (or as required by legislation and WMQ policy)* Relevant probity checks required by legislation and WMQ Limited policy.
