We currently have a rare opportunity for an Account Administration Manager to join our team in Perth.
Key Activities/Accountabilities
* Processing new account applications
* Creation and maintenance of Organisational Codes (GID) in Cargowise for accounts payable
* Coordinating customer communication notices
* Debtor management for customers
* Daily processing of direct deposit including allocation of payment from customers
* Processing of internal financial reports and distribution to relevant staff members
* Accounts payable administration including reconciliation of service providers
* Manage and maintain petty cash float within branch
* Physical mail control including in and out in addition to collection, control of postal box, interstate mailing, etc
* Coordination of supplies for office, kitchen, etc.
* Processing of all site visitors and ID badge supervision
* Quality officer including maintaining training records, internal/external audits, workplace checklists, sustainability report, safe work method statements from suppliers, corrective action requests, certificates of currency from suppliers, maintenance of supplier registers, etc.
* HR representative including staff inductions, staff meetings, training requirements, updated procedures, maintenance of staff files, uniforms, implementation of HR initiatives, etc.
* Overall maintenance of site including arranging repairs through service providers as required
* Branch security officer including maintenance/notification of breaches
* Assistance to General Manager with staff, expenses, general process, etc
Skills and experience
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role
* Industry experience preferred
* Excellent presentation skills
* High level of expertise in MS office suite
* Business writing skills
* Time management skills
