We are on the lookout for an experienced and passionate Store Manager for our Brighton store

You'll work closely with senior leaders, engage with the local fitness community, and create a world-class customer experience.
What You'll Do
Drive store performance through sales targets, KPIs, and team development
Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing, passionate, and energetic team
Manage day-to-day store operations, including inventory, rostering, visual merchandising, and stock replenishment
Connect with the local fitness and active community through events, collaborations, and partnerships
Deliver a world-class customer experience that reflects the 2 XU brand What You'll Bring
Proven retail leadership experience, ideally with premium or performance brands
Genuine passion for health, fitness, and high-performance apparel
Confident, hands-on leadership style with the ability to coach, inspire, and motivate your team
Track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
