The position is available on a full-time or part-time basis and will:Ensure the efficient and effective delivery of the full function of payroll, including processing superannuation and salary sacrifice contributionsMaintain understanding of current Payroll and Award legislation, as well as remuneration benefits and taxation issuesCheck and pay internal commissions and maintain accurate account balancesCalculate, report and pay PAYG Withholding and Payroll TaxPerform annual tasks such as PAYG Payment Summaries, Taxable Payments Report, Q Leave, Payroll Tax, Annual Return, and assist with year-end Audit as required.The PersonMinimum 2-3 years' experience managing end-to-end payroll processesDemonstrated experience in managing superannuation, salary sacrifice, and contributionsStrong understanding of corporate-level payroll functions for a multi-entity structure, strong financial acumen, and PAYG technical skillsExcellent time management, attention to detail, and organizational skillsIntermediate skills with ExcelExperience with Jobpac is highly desirableRemuneration package will reflect candidates' experience and qualifications.The CompanyWe’re busy creating thousands of homes for Queenslanders, with 85 master planned communities delivered over 35 years.
