As the
Multimedia Producer
, you will bring Endeavour Foundation's brand and stories to life through impactful video and visual storytelling. Working within our Brand & Content Team, you will create content that strengthens awareness, trust and engagement across our Home, Community, Work and Business Solutions portfolios.
Key Duties
Produce engaging, story-led video content across campaigns and digital channels.
Capture high-quality photography for web, social media and internal communication.
Create written content that supports video assets and enhances narrative impact.
Ensure content meets brand, accessibility, ethical storytelling and NDIS guidelines.
Manage footage, photography libraries and production assets.
Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across the organisation.
Use digital insights to optimise content for engagement and reach.
Fixed Term, Full Time 12-month contract
What You Can Bring
You're a natural storyteller with empathy, emotional intelligence and the ability to connect genuinely with people, capturing their stories with respect and care.
To Succeed In This Role
5+ years' experience in end-to-end videography, editing and multimedia content production.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom and related production tools.
Confident in capturing high-quality photography for campaigns, digital channels and brand storytelling.
Strong creative writing skills for captions, scripts and short-form narrative content.
Proven ability to create engaging, story-led content that reflects lived experience and builds trust.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, working respectfully with diverse teams and participants.
Solid understanding of accessibility, ethical storytelling, privacy and NDIS-aligned representation.
Highly organised, able to manage multiple shoots, travel requirements and deadlines.
Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel across Endeavour Foundation sites in QLD.
You will be required to undertake a Fit2Work National Criminal History Check and hold or be willing to obtain a Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
