Key Responsibilities & Experience
* Previous experience in a F&B role working in hotels, bars, or restaurants.
* Experience managing and training teams, driver a strong team culture and driving a great guest experience.
* Proven knowledge of food and beverage items, including wine and cocktails (training will be provided).
* Warm, friendly and approachable manor.
* Great communication skills, flexibility and approachable.
* Be able to anticipate the guests needs and be adaptable
* Promote the venue and brand, maintain strong product knowledge, assist with training, supervision, and role allocation as required.
What You'll Bring
* Ideally previous experience working in a host role at a restaurant or hospitality venue.
* Experience managing guest expectations and supporting the food & beverage service.
* Strong communication skills, attention to detail and work ethic.
* Professional with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics
