About the Role
As a Speech Pathologist, you will:
Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of communication disorders, including:
* Speech delays, articulation issues, and fluency disorders
* Language comprehension and expression difficulties
* Social communication challenges
* Stuttering and voice disorders
* Speech therapy for disabilities
Conduct functional assessments including:
* CELF-5 (Clinical Evaluation of Language Fundamentals) – Language Assessment (Ages 5-21)
* PLS-5 (Preschool Language Scales) – Early Language Screening (Ages birth-7)
* DEAP (Diagnostic Evaluation of Articulation and Phonology) – Speech Assessment (Ages 3-8)
* CELF-5 Screener for students aged 9+ who need additional support
* Tills (Test of Integrated Language & Literacy Skills) for individuals 5+ with little or no communication foundation
Work collaboratively to provide personalized intervention strategies to improve communication outcomes for clients

About You
Qualified Speech Pathologist with relevant accreditation (SPA)
Passion for supporting individuals with communication difficulties
Strong assessment, diagnostic, and treatment skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
