As an Account Manager in our Residential team, you will report to the Residential Sales Manager and the role will be based on the Gold Coast.
You will improve the profitability of your territory by developing and fostering new and existing partnerships. You will drive the growth of key customers and new business opportunities to achieve profit and growth for PPG across the GC and surrounds!
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and improve the customer service propositions in line with our brand strategies
* Lead, maintain, and grow a portfolio of key trade accounts
* Collaborate with trade applicators, stores and residential builders
* Achieve sales, growth, and profit targets
* Deliver high level customer relationship management that promotes service excellence and customer retention
Qualifications
* Previous account management experience, preferably within the building materials market
* Ability to work independently while engaging effectively with your team to achieve the best outcomes
* Excellent communication skills – establishing trust and making people feel comfortable with your easy‐going approach
* Demonstrated record in building new relationships or accounts and growing existing business
* Current driver's licence
