About the Role
As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will lead and manage the daily warehouse operations, ensuring all stock handling, order flow, and site standards are consistently maintained. Working closely with the Sales team, you'll play an important role in supporting customer service by preparing products for client viewings and ensuring the warehouse runs efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate all warehouse activities, including receiving, packing, and dispatching orders
Safely operate gantry cranes and forklifts when handling stone and tile products
Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised warehouse environment
Work closely with the Sales team to provide accurate stock information, prepare products for customer viewings, and support a smooth customer experience
Lead and participate in stock checks, inventory reconciliation, and quality inspections
What You'll Bring
Current forklift licence (mandatory)
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Safety-first mindset and willingness to learn gantry operation
Previous experience in warehouse or logistics (6+ months preferred)
