The Collective Palm Beach is one of the Gold Coast's most popular southside dining destinations encompassing 4 different kitchens and an ice creamery all under one roof. The successful applicant will join a hard-working, fun-loving, vibrant team of dynamic hospitality professionals.
We arelooking for an experienced Restaurant Manager with at least 2years of experience to join our team We have an awesome rooftop and diverse kitchens - Ranging from Latin America at Rumba, to Italian Cuisine at Fat Tomato, to Asian fusion at Umami and lastly, an American-style menu at Luckies, plus our Scoop Dogg ice creamery. we have a very close and motivated team.

Job roles and responsibilities
A passion for the hospitality industry.
Proven experience running a restaurant as well as leading an engaged team.
Customer service experience & strong work ethic are a must.

Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager.
