This is a great opportunity for a Teacher of Middle School Maths/Science to join the dedicated staff team at Trinity College. The successful applicant will have knowledge of secondary schooling and appropriate pedagogy to engage and achieve successful student outcomes. Trinity College is looking for quality teachers and working at one of our 6 schools broadens prospects for teaching and leadership opportunities across the College.
To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and attributes:
- Tertiary qualifications in teaching and the subjects identified
- Registered to teach in South Australia or be eligible to obtain registration
- Understanding of and commitment to Christian education
- Desire and skills to participate in the school\'s pastoral care program
- Desire and skills to participate in the College\'s co-curricular program
- Ability to respond positively to the pressures of a modern classroom
- Ability to set high standards for student learning and own performance
- Ability to manage administrative details of the position
- Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people both verbally and in writing
- Highly developed interpersonal skills with cultural sensitivity
- Knowledge of and commitment to equal opportunity and work safety
