Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end procure-to-pay process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Lead transformation initiatives across APAC, focusing on process redesign and automation.
- Monitor and improve process efficiencies, leveraging technology and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimise procurement and payment processes.
- Support internal and external audits related to the procure-to-pay function.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and guide teams through change with empathy and clarity.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Accounts Payable Manager Should Have
- A strong background in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing procure-to-pay or accounts payable processes.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in relevant financial software and ERP systems.
- A focus on process improvement and efficiency.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
