The Role
We aren't looking for a "PowerPoint Architect." We are looking for a technical powerhouse to step into a key leadership role within our AI Business Solutions team.
To succeed, you need to be a "gun" — the person the team turns to when a logic flow breaks, a migration stalls, or a client asks, "Can we automate this impossible process?"
What you'll do
* Architect & Build: Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of enterprise solutions across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure.
* The "Unusual" Integrations: We don't just stay in the Microsoft box. You'll tackle everything from Copilot deployments and HubSpot integrations to AWS-to-SharePoint migrations and RPA (Desktop flows).
* Presales & Scoping: Partner with the GM (AI Business Solutions) to scope complex projects, translate business "pain" into technical blueprints, and win the trust of C‐suite stakeholders.
* Technical Authority: Act as the final escalation point for our delivery team. You're the person who sees a solution in record time when others are stuck.
* Mentor: Guide our Senior and Mid-level developers to ensure project delivery is world‐class and follows architectural best practices.
Who you are
* Technical Depth: You are an expert in Power Automate (including Desktop flows/RPA) and have a deep understanding of Dataverse and Azure integration patterns.
* The Polymath: You're curious. Whether it's Copilot, Jarvis, or a legacy API you've never seen, you have the "hacker mindset" to figure it out and automate it.
* Business Savvy: You understand that "cool tech" must solve a "business problem." You can talk tech with devs and ROI with CEOs.
* Hands‐on Leader: You enjoy high-level strategy, but you still get a rush from hitting the "Publish" button on a complex build.
* Presales Engine: You love the "hunt." You are energized by the challenge of scoping a complex requirement and the satisfaction of winning the project.
