Senior Governance and Compliance Professional
This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving risk management, compliance, safety, and governance frameworks across the organization.
* Develop and maintain systems, policies, and practices aligned with legislative, regulatory, contractual, and ethical standards.
* Ensure proactive and consistent risk management across all business units through strategic leadership and guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and mentor a team to ensure alignment with organizational priorities and deliver exceptional results.
* Provide expert advice on governance, compliance, and risk-related matters to senior leadership and stakeholders.
* Oversee compliance with relevant legislative, contractual, and accreditation requirements in multiple jurisdictions.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience developing and implementing effective risk management and governance frameworks.
* Strong understanding of legislative and regulatory environments, including WHS, privacy, and corporate governance principles.
* Well-developed understanding of policy development, audit management, and ethical compliance best practices.
