Our Early Childhood Education Centre seeks an experienced Lead Educator to excel in developing their career and contribute to creating a nurturing environment for young children.
The successful candidate will design engaging activities, cultivate an inclusive classroom atmosphere, monitor each child's growth, and maintain a safe and organized learning space. They will be dedicated professionals who strive to build and maintain an outstanding learning environment for our children.
Requirements:
* Hold a Diploma Qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care approved by ACECQA (or equivalent)
* Understand the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
* Proven experience as an Educator within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* A current Working with Children Check
* First Aid certificate
