* Contract generation and administration.
* Supporting new starters through the induction process.
* Liaising with various stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
* Providing administrative support to the recruitment team.
* Serving as the primary point of contact for queries and concerns.
* Managing the Work Experience process effectively.

* Demonstrated experience in Recruitment or HR, preferably within a similar role.
* A people-centric approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work efficiently across competing priorities while maintaining high levels of accountability.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* A strong attention to detail combined with holistic thinking.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and excellent computer skills.
