Job Description Supervise daily distribution centre operations to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
Operate Forklift when necessary Coordinate and manage a team of 3 to achieve operational goals and targets.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy within the logistics department.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company policies in all operations.
Collaborate with other departments to optimise supply chain efficiency.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports on daily operations.
Provide training and support to team members to foster professional growth.
The Successful Applicant A successful DC Supervisor should have: Proven experience in leading small or large teams in a warehousing environment Forklift license Knowledge of SAP Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
What's on Offer Hourly rate 45 AUD, plus super.
Initial 3 month contract (Permanent after 3 months is possible for the right candidate) Temporary position with potential for career progression.
