About This Role

As an experienced Service Advisor, you will provide outstanding service to our customers using your solid mechanical understanding.

* We keep our customers informed throughout the day of their service timings, cost & completion time estimates.
* You will build rapport with customers to establish ongoing relationships.
* You navigate warranty and other questions with customers.
* This role requires strong organisational & time management skills, follow through and pride of ownership.
* You use your solid administrative & software skills to document & close orders accurately & timely.
* As a team player, you ensure customer needs are met by assisting colleagues as needed.
