What's the role?
As a Senior Test Analyst, you'll play a key role in shaping the quality of our Customer Assist solutions. You'll combine hands-on testing with strategic thinking, mentoring, and collaboration to deliver high-impact outcomes in a fast-paced, agile environment. From defining test strategies to driving automation and continuous improvement, you'll help us deliver smarter, faster, and more reliable solutions for our customers.
You'll define and implement both manual and automated test strategies, ensuring comprehensive coverage that aligns with business and technical requirements.
Hybrid role | Based in Bedford Park I There may be times when you'll need to work outside standard hours to support critical operational needs.
What do I need?
We're looking for someone who's passionate about quality, thrives in a collaborative environment, and brings a proactive mindset to problem-solving. You'll need:
* Strong experience in both manual and automated testing, including strategy and execution
* Confidence leading and mentoring test teams
* Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and test automation frameworks
* A solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and testing governance
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams
* Strong understanding of banking operations, financial products, and regulatory requirements- preferred
