What You’ll Be Doing
* Complete and reconcile end-of-day financial reports, ensuring accuracy across all transactions.
* Investigate and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
* Maintain high professional and financial standards at all times.
* Assist the Night Manager with guest services and handle any late-night queries or emergencies.
* Keep the front desk secure, organised, and ready for the morning team.
What We’re Looking For
We’ll teach you our systems, but you’ll excel if you bring:
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in your work.
* Comfort working overnight shifts independently.
* Good problem-solving and communication skills.
* Confidence with computers (Excel skills a bonus).
* Hospitality, finance, or customer service experience (preferred but not essential).
