You will be Working primarily in the Mersey Community Hospital Social Work team as a member of a multidisciplinary team, and contributing to the development, provision and evaluation of social work services for consumers and their families in accordance with the Code of Ethics of the Australian Association of Social Workers and the Code of Conduct of the Department of Health.
