We are seeking a Permanent Senior E-Commerce Coordinator for an immediate start.
About the role:
As the Senior E-Commerce Coordinator at LIONESS, you will own the day-to-day management and optimisation of our AU and US websites, ensuring accuracy, performance, and alignment with business goals.
You will lead product merchandising, campaign execution, reporting, and cross-team collaboration, proactively identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, drive conversion, and contribute to the growth of our online business.

Key responsibilities include:
* Drive measurable growth in online revenue and conversion rates across AU and US sites through strategic site management, merchandising, and campaigns.
* Lead category and product merchandising strategy, optimising assortment, placement, and promotions to maximise sell-through and profitability.
* Oversee planning, execution, and analysis of major site campaigns, product launches, and promotional events, ensuring alignment with brand and sales objectives.
* Evaluate website user experience and implement improvements to ensure seamless and engaging interactions.
* Use data-driven insights to inform business decisions, identify areas for improvement, and develop process enhancements.
