Incident Response Specialist
As a key member of the Resiliency Operations Center, this role is responsible for managing escalated incidents. The ideal candidate will investigate, coordinate cross-functional triage and mitigation activities, remediation coordination and tracking, reporting and communication, and escalate to the Enterprise Incident Response Lead if the incident reaches a crisis threshold.
Key Responsibilities:
* Execute incident response processes to support remediation activities, communications, and connection to crisis management if necessary
* Communicate incident response concepts and protocols in a digestible manner to non-technical audiences
* Supports tracking/maintenance/advancement/executiton of Incident Response projects
* Participation in incident response activities and escalation to crisis as needed
This role requires excellent communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence without authority. Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills, in particular in leading or contributing to global and multi-functional teams, are also essential.
Requirements:
* Bachelors' Degree or industry equivalent work experience in CyberSecurity, emergency management, or crisis management with a focus on security analytics and incident response
* 3+ years experience in incident management operations, crisis management planning, and/or exercises
* Experience with identifying and responding to threats and threat actors
