This pivotal role is central to ensuring accurate operational reporting, driving process improvement, supporting operational teams, and providing strong leadership within the accounting function.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Ensures controls are in place and maintained in relation to Inventory Management within the ERP system.
* Drives process improvements to strengthen governance and workflow efficiency.
* Collaborates with sales and operations teams to support accurate reporting and commercial insight.
* Prepares cash flow forecasting.
About You
* A Bachelor's degree in Commerce (major in Accounting) or equivalent qualification.
* Professional Accounting recognition - CPA/CA certification.
* 5+ years of demonstrated work experience and knowledge of
o principles of activity-based costing
o stocktake and inventory management
* Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
* Strong resilience and flexibility in high-pressure environments.
* Excellent time management and work-planning skills.
* Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a solutions-focused mindset.
