About the Role
This isn't some inbound "appointment setter" gig. This is real sales — cold calling, booking your own appointments, and closing deals for digital marketing retainers.
You'll be selling proven offers that deliver measurable results for trades and service businesses Australia-wide. We give you the training, the leads, and the system — you bring the confidence, energy, and persistence.
What You'll Be Doing
- Making outbound calls to warm and cold business lists
- Booking and running your own online strategy sessions
- Closing new clients for Google Ads, SEO, and full-service marketing packages
- Managing your pipeline and follow-ups in our CRM
- Hitting KPIs and earning serious commission along the way
What We're Looking For
- You've got real sales hunger — not afraid of the phone
- Excellent communication skills and clear English
- Confident closing over Zoom or phone
- Previous experience in B2B sales, marketing, or call-centre work preferred
- Self-motivated and reliable working remotely
- You thrive under pressure and love competition
