Your new role as CSSD Sterilisation Technician: Due to ongoing growth in our Perioperative Service, Maitland Private Hospital is seeking qualified and experienced CSSD Sterilisation Technicians to join our friendly and supportive team on a casual basis.
About you (essential criteria): Current Working with Children Check and Police Check.
A team player with strong collaborative interpersonal skills with well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
Experienced Instrument Technician with 2+ years' experience and current knowledge of all aspects of sterilising services.
Experience in a CSSD department with cleaning, decontaminating, sorting, and assembling surgical instrument trays.
Immunisation evidence and serology report in accordance with NSW Health.
Familiarity with desktop applications, including WebPAS and Kronos highly regarded.
Experience within a private hospital setting and/or understanding of private hospital landscape.
