Following the retirement of our highly regarded gardener after 20 years with RetireAustralia we have a rare prospect at our Noyea Riverside Retirement Village for a dedicated and experienced Gardener to join our team.

Reporting to the Village Manager, this Monday to Friday Full-Timeposition is responsible for:
- Skilfully managing and maintaining the grounds, encompassing gardening and landscaping duties
- Constructing and renovating new or existing small landscaping jobs, rectifying any faults, and reporting them
- Assisting with the maintenance of gardening equipment
- Performing grass mowing, including the edges of the driveway and other roads
- Line-trimming under fences and gates and conducting weed spraying as required
- Keeping driveways, roads, and parking areas clean and well presented
- Reporting to the Village Manager any safety issues or breaches of HS&E; policies
We’re on the lookout for someone with
- Demonstrated gardening skills and substantial experience in the field
- Certificate III in Horticulture (Parks & Gardens or Landscaping) – desirable/preferred but not essential
- Current LR Drivers Licence (essential)
- National Police Check (or ability to obtain)
- First Aid & CPR Certificate(or ability to obtain)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical including a drug and alcohol test
- Full unlimited working rights in Australia
