The Role: Reporting to the Project Director, you are the face of the business greeting visitors and providing administration support across all departments of the business. Responsibilities include and are not limited to: Reception duties including welcoming visitors, directing calls and managing email and mail communication Administration support to the Senior Leadership team Coordination of IT and technology equipment Organising company events and functions General administration support to other teams including finance, warehouse & logistics and HR About YOU: Minimum 2-3 years experience as a Receptionist is essential Strong administration and computer skills Experience working in the construction industry an advantage but not essential Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and "can do" attitude Professional, friendly and team oriented Must be available for an immediate start If you are looking for your next career opportunity and to join a friendly supportive team, then this job is for you.
