We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant for our client, a well‐established food processing company in Brisbane East. This role supports operational leaders by managing recruitment, onboarding, and workforce capability in a high‐volume workplace.

Roles & Responsibilities
* Screen, interview, and assess candidates for operational and skilled roles; against industry and compliance standards
* Coordinate onboarding, inductions, and training programs
* Maintain accurate HR records and ensure system compliance
* Support managers with employee relations, performance, and workplace matters
About You
* Experience in high‐volume recruitment or HR generalist roles
* Strong understanding of Australian workplace relations and awards
* Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
* Highly organised with robust attention to detail and systems experience
