Job Opportunity: Speech Pathologist
The NSW Centre for Effective Reading is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech Pathologist to join its team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a critical role in providing speech pathology assessment and developing intervention supports for students with complex reading and language difficulties.
* Must hold a Bachelor or Post Graduate degree in Speech Pathology, registered with the relevant authority.
* Is a certified practitioner member with Speech Pathology Australia, committed to ongoing professional development.
* Experience in delivering assessment and intervention services to school age students with speech, language and literacy difficulties, demonstrated through a portfolio of work.
* Proficiency with technology, including databases, Microsoft Office Suite and telehealth applications.
* Valid Working with Children Check clearance and a commitment to maintaining certification.
* Knowledge of and commitment to the Department's Aboriginal Education policies.
