As a valued member of the Grace Records Management team, you will deliver exceptional customer service and account support to some of Australia's top organisations and government agencies. Your role will be key in ensuring seamless, secure, and efficient handling of our clients' vital records.
Key Responsibilities
Collecting and delivering client records and information
Responding to customer service enquiries
Maintaining high-quality service for key accounts
Ensuring secure handling, delivery, and storage of client records
Processing document requests and managing sensitive information
Using scanners, PCs, and other relevant technologies
About You
Strong customer service and communication skills
Confidence when engaging with clients at all levels
A reliable and hardworking nature
A neat, professional appearance and physical fitness for manual tasks
Forklift Licence - LF
Previous warehouse or transport experience (advantageous but not essential)
Flexibility with work hours and a collaborative approach to teamwork
