What you’ll do
- Support the Store Manager to drive daily operations and deliver a standout customer experience
- Lead, coach and inspire the team to smash sales targets and grow their skills
- Keep the store looking sizzling with top-notch merchandising and stock management
- Jump in on the floor to help customers find everything from their dream BBQ to the perfect set of tongs
