We're looking for an Assistant Marketing Managerto join on a 6-month fixed term contract, supporting the delivery of a compelling, locally distinctive customer experience across one of our retail assets. Working closely with the Marketing Manager and broader asset team, you'll help shape strategy, deliver standout experiences and activations, and build strong community and partner relationships that drive performance.
What you'll be doing
In this hands‑on role, you'll:Champion the needs and expectations of customers and the local community through insight, research and engagementHelp curate and deliver exceptional experiential programs, events and activationsSupport the development and execution of the asset's annual marketing plan in line with national objectivesManage key guest journeys to ensure seamless, enjoyable experiences at every touchpointSupport strategic community, media and brand partnerships in collaboration with the Commercial Partnerships teamContribute to revenue growth through innovative programming, asset positioning and partnership opportunitiesCoordinate visual merchandising, signage, advertising and local brand execution to a high standardManage digital channels including website, social media and email marketing to drive engagement and data growthAssist with marketing budgets, forecasting, ROI analysis and financial processesPlay an active role in reputation management, PR support and Manager on Duty rotations
About you

You'll bring:
At least 2 years' experience in a marketing role, with exposure to people or project leadershipExperience delivering multi‑channel campaigns, experiences or activationsDigital marketing capability across websites, social media and email marketingStrong stakeholder management and collaboration skillsA creative eye for styling, presentation and visual merchandisingA strategic mindset, with the ability to adapt, problem‑solve and work through complexityHigh proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing systems
