What you'll be doing
Provide senior physiotherapy clinical leadership within the Southern Area Brain Injury service (SABIS) including optimisation of client care delivery, as well as supporting the mentoring and development of staff. Facilitate interventions to develop a client's physical and independent living skills to optimum functioning. This will be based on client goals and in collaboration with the SABIS team and any relevant third parties. The Level 3 Physiotherapist will provide services to adult clients of SABIS via community outreach and inreach to clients of the Transitional Living Unit. Telehealth is also used to support patients as required in the wider SNSWLHD community. The Physiotherapist will provide assessment, intervention and consultation for paediatric clients based on service demand.

Selection Criteria
* Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Physiotherapist.
* Extensive experience in rehabilitation with well-developed knowledge of brain injury services and ability to work with minimal supervision as a collaborative member of a multidisciplinary team.
* Excellent negotiation, decision making and advocacy skills including collaborative stakeholder consultation.
* Strong organisational and time management skills in an environment of competing clinical/administrative demands, with the ability to independently problem-solve and set priorities in complex situations.
* Ability to initiate, lead, complete and share quality improvement initiatives and service evaluation processes with other staff.
* Ability to provide case management for people with complex needs in community settings.
* Evidence of a current unrestricted driver's licence and ability to travel as required (may involve long distances and overnight stays).
