Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced Insurance Broker to manage a portfolio of commercial SME and middle market business.
The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of experience in insurance broking and a strong technical understanding of the industry, including commercial insurance broking, customer service, and team management.
This role involves providing excellent customer service, handling inquiries, managing renewals, and mentoring junior team members to ensure seamless delivery of services.
* Commercial Insurance Broking: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, provide advice on insurance products, and negotiate policy terms.
* Customer Service: Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
