About The Role
* Own daily liquidity management: cash positioning, net debt forecasting, and funding decisions.
* Build and maintain robust treasury models, analysis, and reporting frameworks.
* Design and implement cash optimisation strategies to minimise idle cash and improve availability.
* Manage cash and debt operations: investments, covenant compliance, interest reviews, journals/accruals.
* Optimise bank balance returns via cash pooling, netting, and cross-border cash structures.
* Lead interest rate risk management, monitoring markets and executing hedging strategies as directed.
* Oversee intercompany settlements, ensuring efficient processes and regulatory compliance.
* Manage banking and senior stakeholder relationships; administer facilities and improve systems/processes.
* Evaluate and optimise capital structure, including arranging/restructuring debt and credit capacity support.
* Lead FX risk management and reporting (including Currency Risk Committee) and support ERM and audits.
* Lead the Group's ERM framework maturity, identify and monitor enterprise risks aligned to risk appetite and governance, deliver insightful risk reporting, and embed a strong risk culture under the guidance of the Chief Risk, Legal & Compliance Officer.
About You
* 8+ years' experience in a similar treasury/finance role
* Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance or Business
* CA/CPA qualified
* Strong knowledge of financial markets, particularly FX and interest rate markets
* Advanced Excel capability (complex modelling, analysis and reporting)
* Proactive, forward-looking mindset—anticipates trends and identifies opportunities ahead of the market
* Commercial acumen—uses economic/market data to improve business outcomes
* Strategic decision-maker—aligns actions to organisational goals with ROI and cost impacts in mind
* Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and strong analytical/critical thinking skills
* Clear communicator who can simplify complex concepts; highly organised and improvement-driven
* Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise risk management (ERM), including risk identification, assessment, reporting and embedding risk culture across the business.
