What You’ll Be Doing
As a Principal Consultant, you will:
* ✅ Deliver Scope 1, 2 and 3 carbon accounting projects
* ✅ Analyse and model practical, credible decarbonisation pathways
* ✅ Translate complex emissions data into clear, decision‑ready insights
* ✅ Work directly with clients across Australia and New Zealand
* ✅ Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across climate, ESG and sustainability
* ✅ Support and mentor junior consultants and analysts.
About you
You’re a technically strong, curious decarbonisation professional who enjoys solving complex problems and making a tangible impact. You’ll bring:
* 3–5 years’ experience in carbon accounting and/or decarbonisation strategy
* Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel capability
* Working knowledge of the GHG Protocol, Scope 3 and SBTi
* Clear written and verbal communication skills
* A genuine commitment to sustainability and climate action
