We're looking for a competent Level 2 IT technician, to work in office and on customer locations.
Familiar with SLA's and ticketing systems, solid understanding on customer support is critical.
Skills in Microsoft 365, Workspace, Hardware and Servers, prior knowledge/experience in troubleshooting general IT related problems.

Someone who takes pride in the work that they do is very important. We believe having someone who has a great personality fit with the staff presently at the company is important as the terrestrial skills you bring with you. An attitude to learn and strong communication skills are a must.
The job will vary, from remote desktop support, networking, Wi‑Fi deployments as well as opportunities for on‑site cabling.
There will be on‑call rosters which will require the phone to be answered, escalated to senior staff thereafter. There is additional allowances for the roster.
Drivers license & ability to drive a manual vehicle is good, but not mandatory.
