The Role
Join Stryker's Joint Replacement business and take ownership of the Sydney, NSW territory. You'll drive growth across public and private hospitals, build strong surgeon partnerships, and be a trusted, credible presence in theatre supporting hip and knee replacement procedures.
This role suits a commercially driven Territory Manager who thrives on accountability, territory ownership, and delivering results in a competitive market.
What You'll Do
* Deliver sales targets through disciplined territory planning and execution
* Build long‐term relationships with orthopaedic surgeons and hospital stakeholders
* Provide expert, reliable in‐theatre support across Joint Replacement procedures
* Grow usage across an implant‐led portfolio
* Manage pricing, tenders, contracts, and pipeline opportunities
* Collaborate with Marketing and Clinical teams to win as one team
What You'll Bring
Required
* 3+ years Territory Management or B2B sales experience with a strong track record
* Commercial mindset with end‐to‐end territory ownership
* Confident communicator with senior clinical stakeholders
* Resilience, accountability, and drive to win
Preferred
* Medical Device / Pharma / Life Sciences experience
* Knowledge of Australia's public and private hospital systems
* Confidence working in operating theatres
