Job Title: SAP Payroll Project Manager (SuccessFactors ECP, Payroll Integration) Location: Melbourne Contract: 12 Months We’re looking for an experienced SAP Payroll Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of a complex payroll integration program. This is a 12-month contract role based in Melbourne, focused on delivering results in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be managing multiple streams across systems including SuccessFactors, Chris21, Kronos, and other integrated platforms. What You’ll Bring: 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing Payroll and HRIS programs, with proven success in similar delivery-focused projects. Deep understanding of payroll operations and how they integrate with HR platforms like SAP SuccessFactors. Experience overseeing transitions or integrations involving Chris21, Kronos, and related payroll platforms. A strong grasp of project delivery methodologies, timelines, and risk management strategies. Key Strengths: Outstanding stakeholder engagement across business, technical, and vendor teams. Confident and clear communication skills, with the ability to translate technical details into business terms. Proven ability to drive outcomes, keep programs on track, and manage competing priorities under pressure.
