An opportunity for a General Foreman to join a well established builder on a permanent basis.
Our client is a highly reputable builder with over 30 years within the industry and has excellent relationships and a solid pipeline of work. Due to project workloads, they are looking to expand their team and require a General Foreman on one of their latest projects in Western Sydney.
Your new role
Based on site, you will be managing several different trades, and you will be responsible for contractor co-ordination and overall site management as you lead the project. You will manage programming and be responsible for all HSE and QA requirements.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous Foreman experience across commercial, industrial, aged care or educational projects - $80M+
- Trade background essential
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- High attention to detail and the ability to work unsupervised
- Enthusiasm to work within the team and work cooperatively
- Valid White Card
- Valid First Aid Certificate
