What success looks like in this role:
Responsibilities:
1. Provide PLS call support for client.
2. Transformation Services calls, installing and servicing PCs, and PC peripherals and/or electronic equipment.
3. Takes service calls and performs incident specific activities as directed by Help Desk, Service Desk or script
4. May perform routine installs, moves, adds and changes as part of a directed team, including:Complex desktop and laptop break fix work Whole unit replacementSimple desktop printer fixesLoad software with a script
5. Performs scripted image loading, unit diagnostics and replaceable unit swapping
6. Simple troubleshooting by running basic diagnostics and performs basic module replacement on PCs, servers and peripherals
7. Performs preventative maintenance activities on certain products as directed
8. Maintains a high degree of professionalism in actions, demeanor and dress.
9. Insures customer satisfaction throughout
10. Ensures client specific Service Level Agreements are met and incident and request tickets are updated accordingly within the ticketing system

You will be successful in this role if you have:
Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
11. Requires a High School Degree and a minimum of 6 months of hands-on experience with laptop and desktop break-fix
12. Computer building background experience preferred.
13. A+ certification
14. General knowledge of desktop hardware and software including basic knowledge of Microsoft applications
15. Basic mechanical skills and understanding of electrostatic discharge (ESD) procedures
16. Training and/or vendor certifications as required including completion of Core Training
17. Ability to resolve basic / non-complex problems as directed.
18. Client and/or governmental clearance may be required.
