We at Chandler Macleod are currently seeking 10 Customer Service Officers to join one of our Government organisations located in Morwell for an ASAP start.
This position reports to the Team Lead and is a member of a team of customer experience administrators in driving a customer first service model. High level communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly, accurately and empathetically are required to deliver a consistent and seamless customer experience.
Accountabilities
Provide high quality service to customers in relation to routine rebate information.
Assess customer enquiries for rebates and make decisions from a range of established policies and procedures, legislation and regulations specific to the role.
Liaise with various stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of rebate related information.
Review and accurately process basic manual exceptions.
Undertake a range of administrative functions supporting customer enquiries.
Be proficient in the use of technical equipment including detecting problems and making appropriate changes.
Keep accurate and complete records of your work activities in accordance with legislative, information security and privacy policy requirements.
