We are AssetAccountant. A growing, fully remote, Australian B2B fintech Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company. We sell monthly and annual subscriptions to companies and accounting firms, all over the world, to automate their fixed asset depreciation and lease accounting.
About You
We're seeking a Customer Success Specialist with strong sales and upselling abilities and a knack for delivering a outstanding customer support experience. You will be the first contact for both trial users and current subscribers, handling onboarding, product functionality, and troubleshooting questions. Your objectives are to maintain subscriber satisfaction, convert trial users into paying customers, and effectively upsell products to maximise the benefits of using our software.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries and support tickets promptly and professionally
- Investigate and resolve customer interactions with care and accuracy
- Identify incentivised opportunities to close and upsell warm inbound leads
- Collaborate with team members to deliver an outstanding support experience
- Customer onboarding
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer outcomes
To be successful, you
- Must have accounting experience and be well versed in general ledger software
- Be motivated by the prospect of closing subscriptions and upselling our products
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have experience in customer support or client services (software environment preferred)
- Are familiar with Freshdesk or similar ticketing system
- Have a customer-centric mindset, and be a proactive problem solver who loves helping people
- Be a team player with a positive attitude
