THE ROLE
Responsibilities
Based at our
Busselton
store, working approximately
35
hours per fortnight, including every second weekend (Saturday and Sunday), key responsibilities include:
Provide expert professional customer service to retail and trade customers.
Promote and expand our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts.
Develop strong product knowledge to assist customers in making the best product choice.
Achieve and exceed personal sales targets.
Support other team members to ensure business goals are met.
Contribute to overall presentation of the store through merchandising and general housekeeping.
Support local community and charitable organisations.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess the following qualities:
Previous experience in a retail environment.
Strong communication skills with the ability to genuinely connect with customers.
An energetic and enthusiastic approach to all aspects of the job.
Competency in POS systems and Microsoft Office.
The ability to multi-task and prioritise work effectively.
A strong attention to detail.
